His role has allowed him to meet unemployed residents seeking opportunities and to learn about their backgrounds and social-economic challenges. Over four years in the charity sector, Mohamed has supported individuals through employment, training, and education programmes. He has delivered industry-specific skills training, taught digital and life skills to vulnerable adults, and facilitated volunteering opportunities for hundreds of individuals.
Saho holds a postgraduate degree in Public Administration and works for a civil engineering company operating in The Gambia and Senegal. As founding member and Secretary General of the Salikenni Njenjulukilin Association, he has raised scholarship funds, provided training, and supported health centers. He serves as Public Relations Officer for the Bijilo Medical Centre Cardiovascular Initiative.
With over 20 years as a business entrepreneur, Fatajo mentors aspiring entrepreneurs and has sponsored education for many young individuals, believing "success isn't just about personal achievements; it's about helping others thrive."
