Building IT confidence, digital skills and career pathways for girls and young women in The Gambia. Free training, mentoring and opportunities to explore a future in technology.
Technology careers continue to shape the future of work, education and business. When girls are supported with skills, confidence and role models, they are better able to take part in that future.
Our Girls In Tech work supports young women in The Gambia and can also support migrant and refugee women and girls in the UK through digital confidence, employability and mentoring. The aim is simple: more girls and women with the skills, confidence and support to access digital opportunity.
Encouraging girls to confidently engage with technology by providing equal opportunities.
Assisting them in discovering their potential and exploring exciting career pathways in IT.
Fostering a network of female leaders who can inspire and guide others.
