Digital skills, donated technology and mentoring
We work in two places: with migrants and refugees in the UK building digital confidence and pathways into work, and with young people in The Gambia through our Digital Hub and schools programme.
We work in two places: with migrants and refugees in the UK building digital confidence and pathways into work, and with young people in The Gambia through our Digital Hub and schools programme.
Free digital skills support for migrants and refugees in the UK, building confidence and opening pathways into work.
For migrants and refugees arriving in the UK, the digital gap can be a barrier to everything: finding work, accessing services, communicating with schools, navigating life. TechForAll Foundation provides free, practical digital skills training that builds confidence and independence.
Sessions cover everyday digital tasks, email, online forms, job applications, CV preparation, online safety and pathways into IT careers.
UK digital skills programmeTechForAll Foundation opened its first Digital Hub in Banjulinding, The Gambia in 2025. Young people receive free IT training, employability skills, mentoring and access to donated technology, all at no cost to them.
Over 40 learners have already completed training. Girls In Tech, a dedicated programme for young women, runs alongside the main hub curriculum. Two more hubs are in development.

The Banjulinding Digital Hub: free IT training, donated equipment and mentoring for young people in The Gambia.
We deliver practical digital inclusion through training, mentoring, technology access and partnership.
Practical, hands-on digital training for everyday life, learning and employment.
Giving technology a second life by redirecting suitable IT equipment into education, training and community learning.
Supporting learners with confidence, CVs, job applications, interviews and pathways into IT careers.
Working with charities, schools, community organisations, companies and funders to reach people who can benefit from digital access and support.
Digital skills are strongest when matched with confidence and guidance. Our mentoring and employability support helps learners understand their strengths, prepare for work and explore future roles in technology.
TechForAll Foundation has secured an incredible opportunity, access to a community-owned training site in the heart of Banjulinding village. Thanks to the support of local leaders and the Alkalo (village chief), we've been granted permanent use of two buildings to host free IT educational programmes.
The site is safe but needs full refurbishment before classes can begin. We are raising £7,000 to:
Once complete, this centre will serve as a model for future hubs in Sukuta, Bundung, and other communities.
In communities where access to quality technology education is limited, many young people are forced to seek opportunities elsewhere, often through unsafe migration routes. This training centre will provide a local solution, equipping young people with the IT and entrepreneurial skills needed to build successful lives at home. It will serve as a beacon of hope and opportunity, reducing the digital divide and fostering innovation within the community.
Together, we can make this dream a reality and create a lasting impact for generations to come.
You can play a part in this mission. Every donation big or small helps us bring technology, education, and opportunity to more young people.
Together, we can turn technology into a tool for hope, dignity, and empowerment.
We are proud to work alongside companies, charities and institutions that share our commitment to digital inclusion and community impact.
Together, we can ensure that technology connects, includes, and empowers instead of excluding. Your partnership can turn unused devices into tools for learning, hope, and opportunity. Let's bridge the digital divide, one community at a time.
