Our London Programme

Employability Support for Asylum Seekers & Refugees

Finding work in a new country is hard. Doing so without digital skills is even harder. Our London programme meets participants where they are , meeting participants where they are, whether they have never used a computer or need help translating existing skills into a UK employment context.

We provide structured, jargon-free training alongside practical employability coaching: from writing a CV using a word processor to applying for jobs online, preparing for video interviews, and navigating government digital services.

All sessions are delivered in an inclusive, supportive environment. No prior experience is required. Interpretation support can be arranged where needed.

How to Register or Refer a Learner to Our London Programme

Whether you are a migrant or refugee applying directly, or a caseworker or support organisation referring a client, the process is simple and takes less than ten minutes.

1

Complete the Referral Form Below

Fill in the short form with your details (or the learner's details if you are a caseworker). Include the learner's current digital skill level, first language, and the type of support they most need. This takes approximately five minutes.

2

Initial Contact Within Three Working Days

A member of our London team will contact the referrer or learner directly to introduce the programme, confirm eligibility, and discuss any additional accessibility or language support requirements.

3

Enrolment & Skills Assessment

We complete a brief, friendly skills assessment to understand where the learner is starting from. This determines which modules are most relevant and at what pace sessions should proceed.

4

Programme Begins

Sessions are scheduled at times that suit the learner. Training takes place in person in London. We aim to provide or arrange access to a device where the learner does not have one.

5

At the end of each programme block, we review progress with the learner and signpost to further opportunities, including employment pathways, partner referrals, or our IT career mentoring stream.
